- You may return most new items (components except casing, sata or power cables) within 7 days after delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the compatibility of an item before making any purchase. Compatibility issue is not acceptable for return.
- Burnt, corrosion and any other liquid material that can cause physical damage to major components will automatically void the item and will not be accepted for return. (including BIOS modification)
- If refund is possible, you should expect to receive it within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may also directly contact us.
- We are offering FREE Delivery within Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite and Rizal area for orders that includes Desktop Packages, Laptops or Mobile Phones. You can ignore the shipping fee attach to your order upon checkout and you shouldn't be charged for the delivery fee upon deliver. If you get charged, delivery fee will be refunded to you upon delivery.
- Free delivery is a promotion for cash payment only. Credit/debit card payment doesn't include in this promotion.
- Once an order has made, your order will be on queue and our logistics personnel will inform you about the delivery schedule. Schedule can be change depending of the availability of both parties.
- We can ship to virtually any address in the Philippines. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.
